This old guitar is probably over 50 years old. It belonged to my father and sat next to his bed for years.
As a young child, I was not permitted to play it or take it out of it's case. Occasionally, I would
open the case and strum the strings.
I suppose a lot of my music preferences came from hearing country western music from an AM radio, while
pushing a broom at my fathers print shop. Since then I have developed an appreciation for a
wide range of musical genre.
Most of the music I record will definitely not be polished, but I will attempt to make it, "Good enough".
Thanks for stopping by. Eric.
North of Santa Fe
In 2010 a man named Forrest Fenn hid a treasure, full of gold and jewels, in the mountains north of Santa Fe.
I spent nearly 3 years searching for this pot of gold. On June 6th of 2020, Forrest announced that the
treasure had been found. A few months later Forrest and his wife Peggy, passed away.
This is a song I wrote that expresses some of my thoughts and feelings, from the Thrill of the Chase.

Fly Me to the Moon
"In Other Words", was the original title for "Fly Me to the Moon" and was written in 1954 by Bart Howard.
Frank Sinatra's 1964 recording became closely associated with the NASA space program.
The Parting Glass
Often sung at the end of a gathering of friends, "The Parting Glass" is an old traditional Scottish song.
The "parting glass" was the final hospitality offered to a departing guest. Once they had mounted, they where
offered one final drink to fortify them on their travels.
It has a melancholy, melodic sound, that makes me think of someone dear, that I miss.
